Photos from the Sunday School Trip...

Getting all loaded up and ready to go on our Sunday School trip to the zoo.
Just arrived and Ivan & Barbara have let us loose in the zoo farm.
As we start to climb the hill, our groups are large but Mrs Kennedy has the right idea; getting ahead!
As the group filters out into smaller groups, here we see the elephant enclosure.
Half way around and still climbing; our dear friends are still able to give us a big smile, 'Thanks Jeremy!'
Here we see Richard & Heather taking a more relaxed approach, taking their time to enjoy the beautiful scenery as well as the animals!
As our visit to the zoo nears an end I see Noel has to carry the bags!  It was a big climb and Noel is, as always, the gentleman.
After eating, we boarded the bus and headed off to Valley Park to burn off more energy.
Once again, Ivan had the responsibility of organizing everything; 'Thanks Ivan!'
Ivan asked each group to make up a song about the zoo as they journeyed around it; now he lets them know why!
As this group sang, others from a different group watched on; 'Isn't that right Sydney!'
Well it came to Sydney's group, and going by their facial expressions I take it they were almost disqualified!
Noel's group almost brought the rain on, 'Sorry Guys!'
This group, I thought, should have won.  but John gave them the cold shoulder! 'Hmmm, looking a bit cold yourself John!'
After everyone had sung their hearts out, it was time to play a few games.  Needless to say, we had to organize the games first.  After great discussion we played football, rounders & basketball while the younger ones played in the park.
Let the games begin ...
When all had played, there was time for refreshments.
Some sat down and chatted, but the older ones, I think, would have slept if given the chance!
Arrived home safe and sound with our memorabilia!
It's good to know that when we go away together on trips that God is watching over us.  We thank God for the health and strength He has blessed us with, and more importantly, for sending His Son, Jesus, to die for us at Calvary. Do you know Jesus as your Saviour today?
