Profile: Having been born and raised in a Christian family, I began to rebel against this when I entered my mid teens and desired to sample the attractions that this world had to offer. This lasted until my late teens when I gradually came back into Christian circles again yet looking back I realise that even though I attended church services and had Christian friends I myself I did not have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. September 1999 was a major turning point in my life as it was then that I really sought forgiveness of my sins after God spoke very powerfully to me though the words in Ephesians 1v7; In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;. Shortly after this as I was reading about the life of Abraham I sensed that; like Abraham God was asking me to one day leave my country and my people to go to another land. After a number of years and some practical experienced gained in various outreaches I went to Edinburgh and studied Biblical Theology at the Faith Mission Bible College. My next move was to Switzerland where I took the 3 month Children’s Ministry Leadership Course (CMLC) with CEF and it was during this course that God showed me I was to serve Him within Child Evangelism Fellowship. CEF has a vision that by 2017 they will have a work amongst the children established in every country of the world. One of the countries which they are focusing on is Sweden . In a quite remarkable way God laid Sweden upon my heart and brought me into contact with some Christians in Gothenburg on Sweden’s west coast. It is here in Gothenburg that I will live and commence language study in September 2010 with a view to one day being able to reach many of the children in Sweden for Christ.
