YPF WEEKEND @ HAYESBANK, PORTRUSH - The Pic-Diary!!!

So here's a chance for all you who weren't at the weekend to see what we got up to, and a chance for those who attended to reflect back on the events of the weekend.

To say we had a FANTASTIC weekend would be an UNDERSTATEMENT - everything seemed to go according to plan.  We knew the Lord's presence with us throughout the weekend and it was extra special to find 2 of our young people putting their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Stephen & Deborah Walker joined us for the weekend.  We really appreciated their ability to come in among us and mix with the crowd.  Stephen's ministry was precious to us and blessed us.  Deborah had a special ministry with the girls and I think it's true to say that all came away blessed by the experience of the weekend.

With a very busy program including meetings, quiet time studies, prayer times, games times, free time, meals and other activities there was never a dull moment.

Arriving at our accommodation, we were treated to juice and biscuits.  That was to do us until we got something more unhealthy!!
Next morning at breakfast we were greeted by a rare sight - James & Andy serving food!!
Hard work all done, let's enjoy our own breakfast!!
We had time for a wee dander down the street on Saturday morning.  Shops proved to be too much after a night with little sleep!  Now I wonder which one I should buy?!?!?!?
Andy has just entered the preliminary stages of the HGV license here!!
And just to prove that there can be clear skies in Portrush, this was the scenery on Saturday morning !!
The morning meeting saw everyone singing their hearts out - those who were awake enough to do so !!
And more singing!!
A few of the young people demonstrate (with hoops) how it takes everyone to work together to complete a task.  If one drops out, it's not so easy.  Isn't that like the body of Christ.
This beautiful shot of our accommodation was taken in the heat of the battle - the water fight !!!
Evidence !!
Now what does that look say ?!?!?
While the girls met with Deborah, the boys went round to a large green area to get rid of some energy.  I think someone has wet Noel's leg!!!
Having been given permission to publish this photo, I wonder if you can guess who this is ?!?!?!
The boys, on return to our accommodation were extremely hot.  An ice-cream van happened to drive by.  Having successfully waved down the ice-cream van, we proceeded to give the driver some custom - he was glad he stopped!!!!!
So that's where the girls were !!!
Saturday afternoon found us on the beach - throwing the welly was only one of the games.
Since young Peter was leaving us, some felt it appropriate to give him a damp sort of send off !!!
There he goes !!!
Poor Peter !!!
I'll just relax in the corner !!
Group hug - Peter gets yet another send off.  Spot the football to the left - signed by all the young people.
Playing this weird game, Joel ends up with a rather dirty face !!!
Now don't step on those eggs Peter !!!
Karen has obviously never shaved anyone else before - brave man Ricky !!
By this stage it's Sunday lunch time and we're enjoying our spuds !!!
On the swings there's a 'see how high we can go' competition.
Andy's world has just been turned upside down !!
And some never seem to grow up !!!
Stephen & Deborah look remarkably well after a long, tiring weekend with Ballee YPF !!
The group of angels are ready to leave for home - everyone sad but all good things come to an end !!
